When do orders ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday by 4pm EST. Customers will receive tracking number within 48 business hours of making purchase. If you have not received tracking information, please send a polite text to (602) 726-0261. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for response.

How are product shipped?

Right now, we use USPS Priority Mail for most of our orders. We are always on the lookout for better shipping options as we grow.

How does Covid-19 impact Ku’Panda products and shipping?

We strive to always ship products within 2 - 3 business days of the order being placed, however, due to Covid-19 we may experience delays. During this time we ask for patience and kindness as it relates to your concerns. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 3 - 5 business days, customer service should be contacted immediately with the order number for reference. How are products created?

Handcrafted in Tucson, AZ with wild harvested herbs. Raw materials are transformed into hydrating and skin soothing solutions delivered to your door.

What does Ku’Panda mean?

Ku’Panda” is Swahili for “to plant.” It represents our brand philosophy of planting good things in our lives one seed at a time. We also formulate with a “herbs first” mentality.

Can products be refunded or exchanged?

There are no exchanges due to safety protocols. Products that are refunded are primarily due to products arriving damaged due to shipping. To address order concerns, please send a polite text to (602) 726-0261. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for response.

My package arrived damaged or some of my products are missing. What do I do?

 How long do I have to report issues with my shipment?

Will this work for my skin?

Each person’s skin has different needs and wants. This means that we will all respond to products differently. To choose the right product for your skin, we do offer text support where you can ask questions about products prior to making a selection. We also offer Try Me Sizes at affordable prices to give it a try before committing to a full size product to minimize loss of money and time.
